As works are proposed to install tram system, we shall fund $1,200 from their Ernest Mok Foundation. If their resolution is accepted and soon began to construct, consider deemed fit by supplying diesel or electric tram, whether it is powered from the sub-station at the dustbin corner, or built another power station, passenger use is limited to 1 or 2-car trams, and whether routing is dependant or not. Double-deck trams; most notably from Hong Kong or Blackpool are not allowed to be used in NTH.
The NTH Neighbourhood Committee has decided that; since due to the increase of tourist population from 50 in 2007 to about 200 in 2009, and we aim to have 300 in 2010, there was a proposal to built trams.
2. Proposed installation of lightning conductors at unsafe places
